Kyle Roland
Founder & CEOKyle Roland is the Founder and Principal of Roland Development Group, where he leads the acquisition, design, and development of luxury residential communities throughout the Carolinas. His hands-on approach and commitment to timeless architecture, exceptional craftsmanship, and thoughtful design have become the foundation of the firm's work.
Following the creation of Roland Development Group in 2013, Kyle continued his career in investment banking and corporate bonds. During that time, he served as an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking division, following his role as a Director at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised on some of the industry's largest capital markets transactions. Today, Kyle heads Roland Development Group, where he continues to lead the firm's strategic vision alongside a team with more than $375 million in luxury residential development experience.
Tyler Steele
President & COOTyler Steele is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Roland Development Group, where he oversees construction operations, project execution, and day-to-day development activities across the firm's luxury residential portfolio. His leadership and hands-on approach ensure every project is delivered with exceptional quality, precision, and attention to detail.
Prior to joining Roland Development Group, Tyler served as Chief Operating Officer of New Forum, where he managed a $550 million real estate portfolio spanning commercial, multifamily, senior living, office, medical, and hospitality developments. He is also a licensed General Contractor, bringing extensive expertise in ground-up construction and development management.
James Strecker, CFA
Chief Financial OfficerJames Strecker is the Chief Financial Officer of Roland Development Group, where he oversees the firm's financial strategy, capital planning, investor relations, and portfolio management. His extensive background in institutional finance and real estate provides the financial discipline and strategic insight that support the firm's continued growth.
Prior to joining Roland Development Group, James spent more than two decades on Wall Street in investment banking and corporate bond markets, earning recognition as a top-ranked analyst covering the banking and financial services sectors. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University, earned his MBA from Indiana University, and is a CFA charterholder.
